Are There Any Hospitals On Fifth Avenue In Manhattan?

Are there any hospitals on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, New York Metropolis? If not, where and what is the name of the nearest hospital to Fifth Avenue?

The one asylum directly on 5th Avenue is Mt. Sinai Hospital (100th Street). I believe you can enter in from that way, otherwise you would have to go into the health centre via Madison Avenue.

However, Fifth Avenue is a LONG street. Another hospital near to 5th is Lenox Hill Nursing home (77th & Lexington)

Why Is There A Daily Police Car Procession Up 6th Avenue In Manhattan?

I have seen a wish procession of police cars up 6th Avenue with their sirens on. I was wondering why it happens.

Its a rehearsal to test response times. Sometimes they are precinct wide, sometimes borough wide, and the really stimulating looking ones are citywide.

How Do I Get To Seventh Avenue In Manhattan Using The Jersey City Journal Square Path Trains?

i necessity to get there tomorrow but i've never used the train to go there before. please help ! which train(s) do i take ?

You requirement to take a Path Train that is going up to 33rd st. in Manhattan.

You can get off at 14th st, 23rd or 33rd. st. All of those stations are on 6th avenue and you will only be one block away from 7th Avenue.

When you get off at those stations, you have to go to the tube station above you, and then exit to the street from there.

And the path fare is $1.75.

What Is The Best Way To Get From EWR To Sheraton Manhattan (7th Avenue)?

There are two options in orderly.
Cheapest way but requires three transfers.
From your terminal A, B, C, you must have $1.35 exact change. No bills.
Then take New Jersey Carriage Bus #62 marked Newark to last stop, Newark Penn Station.
If you're coming recent, you could buy Pay-Per-Ride MetroCard and insert $3.75 ($1.75 for PATH and Subway $2.)- May 31st possible, it will be $2.50 for underground railway which might make you to put $4.25)
Take World Trade Center PATH straight to World Trade Center (last a halt).
Then follow temporaly detour sign to (E) and take Queens-bound (E) to 7th Av-53rd St, and use 7th Av exit and Sheraton Lodging Manhattan will be to your right.

Two transfers.
From your terminals, look for New Jersey Transit Ticket Vending Prime mover and buy $15 one way ticket to NY Penn Station.
Take inbound New Jersey Transit (Northeast Passage or North Jersey Coast Line to New York Penn Station.
Then walk to 8th Av beat a retreat and take Queens-bound (E) to 7th Av-53rd St.

Does 1st Avenue In Manhattan Run Along The Whole East Side?

Can I propel from the Lower East Side to the Upper East side on 1st avenue and just hop on the FDR somewhere up there? Maybe the 90's?

1st Avenue begins from Houston St to 126th St.
FDR Go runs from South St and ends at Robert F. Kennedy Bridge, which becomes Harlem River Excursion.

FDR Drive North/Harlem River Drive North entrances in Upper Eastside is:
96th St, but it is very jammed entrance.

During rush hour, 1st Av are very backup near the bridges and tunnels.
