La Quinta Inn Manhattan (Chelsea)…thoughts?

We can get a dwell for four nights, $716. It’s across from MSG. Any thoughts on this hotel? It’s obviously cheap. We just want a appropriate to put our head at night but we don’t want to have to worry about bugs and what not

There are other hotels in the room that are a lot closer to MSG than the one stated in you question. The two that I would recommend would be the Wingate by Wyndham Manhattan Midtown and the New Yorker Hostelry.

The Wingate by Wyndham Manhattan Midtown, is on 35th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue, which about 2 and a half blocks from MSG. The room there are decontaminated and its conveniently located near all the attraction and shopping.

The New Yorker Hotel, located a 34th Roadway and 8th Avenue, is right across the street from MSG and, again, conveniently located near all the attraction and shopping.

La Quinta Inn - Manhattan.?

I'm prevailing to NY for 5 days at the beginning of December and the above hotel was the only place they had available at such short notice. We booked it because they only had 2 rooms left-hand, we'd already sorted the flights and didn't want to end up roughing it in Central Park. I've read reviews about the Rather residence since and they're mostly terrible! Someone said it was like something out of a horror movie, and now I'm starting to panic. Does anybody grasp anything about the La Quinta, either through staying there or living nearby? Their website isn't very helpful, nor are any others that it's listed on. 'Tis a long shot I'm inescapable, but if you can help I would really appreciate it :)

I can't give you a insulting reference about La Quinta. However, me and a friend are going to be traveling in NYC from December 1st through 4th. We are staying in a great B&B just shell of Central Park. I love B&Bs and NYC boast some great ones. You should really look into this privilege if you are having trouble with hotel selection. Also, the rates are fantastic!
